This delicious cake is swirled with juicy organic blueberries and lightly scented with lemon. When warmed, the icing melts slowly and drizzles through the airy sponge. It is equally perfect as an indulgent dessert, smothered in cold crème fraîche or double cream to impress when friends come for supper or to simply enjoy with a cup of hot afternoon tea!
